The Heights Country Club & Wellness is an Emaar community planned around outdoor activity and shared wellness spaces. Emaar’s current community catalogue names Salva, Serro and Serro 2, with three-to-five-bedroom homes across these projects.
The setting matters, but your decision will come down to a particular villa. Ask for its floor plan and plot plan together. A larger built-up area may give you extra rooms, while a larger plot may leave more usable space outside. Check both before comparing prices.
Which facilities would you use?
Emaar’s plans include a wellness centre, meditation garden, fitness areas and a lake promenade. These describe the intended community. Confirm which facilities will be accessible when your home is ready, including any membership or usage conditions.
The walk from your door.
Locate the villa on the plan and trace the route to the shared spaces you want to visit. Ask where the entrances are and whether neighbouring phases affect access. A short distance on a drawing may not be the walking route.
A room that earns its space.
For a home office or guest room, check the door position, bathroom access and storage. Put your furniture on the floor plan. Keep the dimensions beside the brochure images so a spacious rendering does not make the decision for you.
The hours you spend outside.
Compare garden depth, boundary treatments and the position of neighbouring homes. Ask for the plot orientation, then consider shade where you would sit or where children would play.
Make the journey part of your shortlist.
Use the community’s location and phase plan to identify the entrance for the home you are considering. Check the route to your workplace or school at your usual travel time. Developer travel-time illustrations are a starting point for research, not a promise about your commute.
If you are also considering The Oasis or Emaar South, compare individual homes at a similar total budget. Include the surrounding facilities, expected delivery and the journeys you make most often.
Ask for the offer in writing.
