From Eden to a wider Valley.

Emaar launched The Valley in 2019, with Eden as its first neighbourhood. The setting is inland, along Dubai–Al Ain Road, with townhouses and villas arranged around shared outdoor spaces.

The neighbourhood name matters here. Rivana offers three-, four- and five-bedroom twin villas in Kai and Clara architectural styles. Farm Gardens offers four- and five-bedroom homes with a different emphasis on outdoor space. Compare the actual layout and plot before treating two homes with the same bedroom count as equivalents.

Golden Beach and the Town Centre.

The wider plan pairs a beach-style recreation area with a centre for shops and dining. The Valley is an inland community: its Golden Beach setting should not be confused with Dubai’s coastal neighbourhoods.

Play, sport and shorter local walks.

Kids’ Dale, the Sports Village and pocket parks give the plan its family focus. Choose a home by the route to the spaces you expect to use, and confirm which facilities are open for your phase.

A suburban home needs a practical weekday plan.

Try the drive to work and school at your normal travel times. If Emaar South is also on your shortlist, compare those journeys alongside the homes and their total purchase costs.

Keep a written price and payment schedule beside each floor plan. For a resale, distinguish the amount due to the seller from any remaining developer instalments. Ask for the property’s handover or occupancy status and the specification included in the offer.

Where is The Valley?

Emaar places The Valley along Dubai–Al Ain Road. Check the entrance serving your chosen phase and test your own journey; a general drive-time estimate cannot account for your route and traffic.

Does The Valley have villas and townhouses?

Yes. Emaar’s community catalogue includes both. Use the project guide to narrow your choice, then confirm the property type, layout and plot size in the documents for the home being offered.

Does a phase name confirm its completion date?

No. Ask for the current status and contractual handover terms of the specific property. For an existing home, check whether it is occupied and what possession terms are agreed.

Can I enquire about a project without its own guide?

Yes. Enter the phase or project in the shortlist form, together with your preferred home size and budget range. The team can help request the relevant property details.
