Start with the home you need.
The Oasis is a villa and mansion community by Emaar. Its masterplan brings together water features, landscaped areas and homes with private outdoor space. The practical choice comes down to the individual plot: its position, the layout inside and what is planned around it.
For example, Mirage is one of the neighbourhoods to explore alongside Palmiera 3, Lavita and the branded villa collections. A community name tells you where to begin; the floor plan and plot plan tell you whether a particular home fits.
Water, open space and everyday life.
Look beyond the view.
Emaar’s plans put waterways and landscaping at the centre of The Oasis. When comparing plots, check the orientation of the living rooms and garden, the boundary with neighbouring homes and the route to shared spaces. A rendering illustrates the design; confirm the outlook for the actual plot.
Make the layout work for you.
Consider how you will use the rooms throughout the week. Check ground-floor bedrooms, stairs, storage, service areas and parking alongside the headline bedroom count. Outdoor space also needs to suit the time and attention you want to give it.
Check the wider plan.
Emaar describes parks, jogging routes, beaches and other shared amenities. Confirm which facilities belong to your phase and their delivery arrangements. Test the journey to your own workplace and regular destinations at the times you expect to travel.
If you are weighing The Oasis against Dubai Hills Estate, compare specific homes and their surroundings. A shared developer does not make the neighbourhoods or daily routines interchangeable.

Put the purchase on one page.
For each shortlisted home, record the plot number, built-up and plot areas, agreed price, payment dates and expected handover. Keep the specification beside the floor plan so you can see what is included.
Our guide to developer payment plans explains how to compare instalments. Add the applicable buying costs separately, and verify the project’s escrow details before transferring money. Availability and terms should be confirmed for the particular property.
A few things to check.
What kinds of homes are in The Oasis?
Emaar describes villas and mansions across several neighbourhoods and branded collections. Bedroom counts, floor plans and plot sizes vary by project and property. Use the individual project guides to narrow your choice, then request the documents for the exact home.
Are all the amenities already open?
Do not assume that everything shown in the community masterplan is operating. Ask for the current status of your phase, its access roads and the facilities that matter to you, alongside the property’s expected handover.
Is there one payment plan for the whole community?
Check the written schedule attached to the property you are considering. The project, sale arrangement and timing can affect the terms. A resale seller’s asking price does not describe the remaining developer instalments.
Can Seven Stones help compare the projects?
