Draw up the rooms you need and how you use them. For an apartment, look at balcony depth, storage, lift access and parking. What does “golf view” mean for this home?

Ask for the unit or plot position and the view from its main rooms. A project name or a wide community rendering does not establish the outlook from every home. Check the surrounding phases and what can be built nearby.

Try your weekday journey.

Visit at the times you would normally travel. Check the route from the phase entrance to your workplace, school or regular appointments. Being near the airport is useful context, but it does not tell you how a particular commute will feel.
