Parkland is a one- to three-bedroom apartment development by Emaar Properties in Dubai Hills Estate. Emaar describes its location in relation to Dubai Hills Park and Dubai Hills Mall, with a pool, children’s play area, indoor and outdoor gyms, and a landscaped podium among the planned facilities.

Emaar’s project page lists a starting price of AED 1.5 million, checked on 23 September 2026. Treat that as an advertised reference: ask for a dated quotation showing the available apartment, floor, size, price and payment schedule.

Location and everyday journeys

Dubai Hills Estate sits alongside Al Khail Road, between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina. For your shortlist, check the journey from the proposed building entrance to your workplace, school and usual shops at the times you travel.

Compare the actual floor plans rather than relying on the bedroom count. Check usable living space, storage, balcony depth and where furniture will fit. Ask which direction the apartment faces and what is shown on the latest site plan around it.

The project images illustrate the development’s design. Use the unit documents and agreed specification to check what your purchase includes; confirm construction progress and the contractual handover date separately.

Price, payments and buying costs
