Cilia’s own project page lists a garden experience, gym, leisure pool and community plaza. Those are the neighbourhood features to locate on the plan when you compare buildings and entrances.

A home close to the pool may make daily swimming easier; one overlooking a busier shared space may feel different from a quieter position. Ask where the facilities sit in relation to the apartment, and confirm their expected availability at handover.

How much space will you use?

The official Cilia page gives a one-bedroom total-area range of 737–1,086 sq ft. That is a range across layouts, not the size of every one-bedroom home. Request the plan for the exact unit and check how much of its stated area is inside versus outdoors.

For a duplex, trace the stairs and bedroom arrangement against your daily routine. For any layout, place your furniture on the dimensioned plan and match the unit details to the purchase documents.

Choose the outlook and interior finish

Cilia presents Radiance and Twilight interior options. Ask which finish is attached to the home you are considering and request its specification; the gallery alone does not establish what is included in your offer.

Check the floor, orientation and distance to neighbouring buildings on the site plan. A forest setting is the community concept, while the actual outlook depends on the apartment’s position and the landscaping as it matures.

The wider Ghaf Woods plan

Majid Al Futtaim’s June 2024 launch announcement describes plans for 35,000 trees, walking trails, a biking loop and a retail and dining hub. Its cooler-temperature and cleaner-air statements describe the developer’s community vision; they are not a measured guarantee for your apartment.
