Ghaf Woods

Ghaf Woods is a Majid Al Futtaim community near Global Village, off Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road. Launched in June 2024, it is planned around apartments, penthouses and wooded outdoor spaces.

The plan connects neighbourhoods with forest-lined paths, walking and cycling routes, pools and a retail and dining hub called Distrikt. When comparing homes, look at the outlook from the apartment, the walk to shared spaces and which facilities are due to open with your building. Ghaf Woods and Tilal Al Ghaf are separate communities.

A closer look at life in Capria.

Each neighbourhood adds its own shared spaces to the forest plan. At Capria, the planned Social Pavilion provides a place to meet over coffee, while Edible Gardens bring fruit and vegetable growing into the outdoor spaces.

The arrival experience is different too: the developer describes Valley Drive beneath the forest, leading to drop-off areas and residential lobbies. Compare that route with your apartment’s position, especially if you regularly arrive with children, shopping or a pushchair.
