PASSPORT REQUIREMENT
Passport details are required by the developer as part of the purchaser verification and submission process, in accordance with the applicable booking requirements.
Submission of this information forms part of the standard procedure and supports the accurate processing of purchaser records, eligibility review, and unit allocation.
Where this page has been shared by your consultant, the relevant request is already in progress. Completion of this step will allow the process to proceed in line with the developer’s submission requirements.
All information submitted through this portal is handled with due confidentiality and is used strictly for the purposes of developer registration, purchaser verification, and submission processing.
Documents to Submit to the Developer
1- Passport copy (and UAE visa/Emirates ID if a resident)
2- Proof of address
3- Signed booking form and SPA
4- Bank mortgage pre-approval (if financing), since banks require a mortgage pre-approval letter, salary certificate or audited financials for business owners, 6–12 months of bank statements, recent payslips, and a property valuation report Anika Property
5- For resale: the developer requires the seller’s request for NOC issuance, proof all service charges are settled, and the SPA/title deed details before issuing the NOC to the buyer
