About Me

Adnan Kokash was born and raised in the UK after his family relocated there in 1980. He spent his young adult years in Syria before moving to the UAE in 2012.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Adnan pursued a career in Dubai’s real estate sector. He began at Better Homes from 2012 to 2013, before transitioning to the developer side with District One, Meydan Sobha from 2013 to 2015.

Adnan then joined Emaar Development as a Sales Executive, advancing to Assistant Sales Manager before departing in 2022. He has since founded Seven Stones Real Estate, leveraging his years of industry experience to assist clients with searching, buying, selling, and renting properties.

His motto is always “buying real estate should be fun, easy, and stress-free.
