Adnan specialises in off-plan luxury property, villas and mega villas in Dubai. His work combines direct developer-sales experience with residential resale transactions, helping clients assess exceptional homes and major property purchases.
At Meydan Sobha, he moved into off-plan villa and mansion sales at District One. He later joined Emaar Development, working at Dubai Hills Estate and progressing from Sales Executive to Assistant Sales Manager before leaving in 2022.
His Dubai career began in 2012 at Better Homes, with leasing work in JLT and Dubai Marina. He went on to found Seven Stones Real Estate, bringing his brokerage and developer background into advice for buyers and sellers.
Raised in the UK, Adnan holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and speaks Arabic and English.
