Where does Club Point fit in Dubai Hills?
Dubai Hills Estate connects to the wider city through Al Khail Road. Check the route from the actual building entrance to the places you use regularly, including work and school. Being in the same community as the mall or golf club does not establish a walking time.

Club Point’s published concept puts shared spaces and social activity at the centre of the development. The community room and outdoor lounge areas may matter more to your routine than an impressive lobby photograph.
Ask for the written service and furnishing inclusions. The Vida name alone does not confirm housekeeping, a furnished apartment or a rental-management arrangement for your purchase. Compare what is included and what you would pay for separately.
Choose the apartment, then the view
Start with the layout: check usable living space, storage, balcony size and where a work desk would fit. Then review the proposed outlook. Project imagery showing greenery, golf or skyline views should not be treated as the view from every apartment.
Match the unit number and specifications to the purchase documents. Ask for the finish schedule before relying on the gallery for details of your home.
Work out the full purchase budget
Request the current payment schedule, contractual handover date and construction update. Add the applicable Dubai buying costs to the quoted price, then request an estimate of annual service charges.
If you are comparing a developer sale with a resale, ask for separate written cost breakdowns and any remaining instalments. Compare the cash required at each stage, not just the advertised price.
