Dubai’s vibrant retail scene has a new headline: Nakheel Mall has officially been rebranded as Palm Jumeirah Mall. The announcement was confirmed by Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM), which owns and operates one of the city’s most extensive retail portfolios.
The rebrand marks more than just a name change it comes alongside the launch of a redeveloped section of the mall, bringing a fresh wave of fashion, dining, lifestyle, and entertainment experiences to the heart of Palm Jumeirah.
Why the Rebrand?
Since opening in 2019, Nakheel Mall has been a major lifestyle and retail hub, welcoming millions of visitors each year. With its strategic location on Palm Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s most prestigious addresses, the mall has always been more than just a shopping center.
By rebranding to Palm Jumeirah Mall, DHAM aligns the destination’s identity directly with its iconic location, reinforcing its position as a cornerstone of Dubai’s shopping, dining, and leisure landscape.

The redeveloped wing of Palm Jumeirah Mall features an impressive line-up of global and regional brands. Among the international fashion houses now open are:
