According to the Dubai Population Clock, the emirate reached 4,044,273 residents by midday on November 13, 2025. This number stood at 4,026,604 just one month earlier. Over the last 12 months, Dubai added 208,030 new residents. The population rose from 3,836,243 in November 2024 to more than 4.04 million this week. This marks one of the fastest annual growth periods ever seen in the city.
Steady Daily Growth Throughout 2025
Earlier figures showed that Dubai gained 176,683 residents in the first 10 months of 2025. The population crossed 3.96 million during the first quarter. On average, about 567 new residents arrived in the city every day. This steady increase highlights Dubai’s strong global attraction.
Growth Momentum From 2024 Continues
Dubai ended 2024 with a 5.5 percent population increase. The emirate added 208,600 new residents that year. The population climbed from 3.66 million at the end of 2023 to roughly 3.86 million by December 2024. This upward trend has continued through 2025 with even greater strength.
