AED 2.6 Billion Project In Dubai Islands

Nakheel, one of Dubai’s biggest developers, has announced a major new project on Dubai Islands. The company has awarded a contract worth Dh2.6 billion to build Bay Villas, making it one of the largest real estate deals in the UAE in 2025 so far.

The construction contract was given to Fibrex Contracting, a well-known builder that has also worked on the District One West community in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

What Are Bay Villas?

Bay Villas is a new luxury project planned for Dubai Islands. It will feature more than 600 homes designed in five different styles. Each style is built to offer residents a mix of comfort, privacy, and island living.

The homes include:

• Beachfront villas with three floors, six bedrooms, a show kitchen, rooftop lounge, terrace, and a large dining space.
